1) Selling With Gatorlillys
How much will you offer me?
Every offer we make is carefully considered by our buying team. We take into account the age and rarity of the prints, how popular a style is, and how much excitement similar pieces are generating in today’s resale market. Our goal is to keep things simple and fair, giving you the best return we can while keeping prices fun and accessible for our shoppers. It’s a happy balance that lets both sides win: you refresh your closet, and someone else discovers their new favorite Lilly piece to love.
How do I sell my items with Gatorlillys?
You’re welcome to bring your Lilly Pulitzer pieces to any of our locations, no appointment needed. All you’ll do is drop off your items, complete our Intake Drop-Off Agreement, and we’ll review your pieces for condition and resale potential. Within 3–5 business days, one of our buyers will call you with two offers: a cash offer (check) and a store credit offer (always at least 10% higher). If you decline or can’t accept, you have 7 days to pick up your items. Items not claimed become unclaimed and may be disposed of or donated.
How will I get paid?
We make selling simple, fair, and just as fun as shopping for Lilly! Every seller receives two offer options from our buying team:
Cash Offer
Once we contact you with your offer, your check is ready and waiting!
You can stop by anytime to pick it up in person, or we can mail it straight to you for your convenience, whichever works best for you.
All payments are made by physical check, making the process easy and reliable.
Store Credit Offer
Want to shop with us again? Choose store credit, offered at least 10% higher than your cash offer.
Your store credit never expires and works just like a Gatorlillys gift card, redeemable at any Gatorlillys location.
It’s a bright and happy way to keep your closet, and the Lilly love, always blooming!
2) What We Accept & Item Condition
What items do you accept?
We’re all about celebrating the colorful world of Lilly Pulitzer, that means bright prints, happy patterns, and pieces that make people smile!
We currently accept Lilly Pulitzer items only, and we’re looking for pieces that are:
NWT (New With Tags) – brand new, never worn, with tags attached
EUC (Excellent Used Condition) – gently loved, freshly cleaned, and ready for their next adventure
Here’s what we love to see:
Dresses, tops, bottoms, skirts, rompers, and jumpsuits
Sweaters, jackets, and cardigans (seasonally accepted September–November)
Swimwear – new or in excellent condition
Athletic wear – bright, fun, and in excellent shape (no fading or stretched fabrics, please!)
Accessories – handbags, jewelry, belts, and scarves that complete the perfect Lilly look
Unworn shoes – soles must be clean and show no wear
A few things to keep in mind:
We only accept Lilly Pulitzer.
Items must be free of stains, fading, pilling, tears, broken zippers, or odors.
Prints older than five years may be declined unless they’re rare collector favorites.
All items must be freshly laundered, if cleaning is needed, an $8–$10 per itemcleaning deduction will apply.
We’re always looking for those classic Lilly vibes: bright, bold, beachy, and full of joy. The more color, the better!
3) Drop-Offs, Buyer Hours & Shipping
When and where are your buyers available for same-day offers?
Tuesdays, 12PM–3PM – Winter Garden
Wednesdays, 12PM–3PM – Winter Park
Every other Thursday, 12PM–3PM – Lake Mary
College Park – Buyers visit 3 days a week; hours may vary
You can always drop off items outside those times, but they’ll be processed in the order received.
Can I ship my items for evaluation?
Yes! You may mail your items to:

Include your full name, mailing address, and phone number. After we inspect your shipment, we will call you with offers. If you decline or most items are returned, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
4) After Your Offer & Policy Basics
How long do I have to pick up declined items?
You will have 7 calendar days from the date of our offer call to retrieve any items not accepted. After 7 days, unclaimed items may be considered forfeited and disposed of or donated.

Do you consign items?
No. Gatorlillys does not consign. We buy items outright, offering either cash or store credit. Once the offer is accepted, the sale is final.

Why are some pieces the same but priced differently?
Great question! Since Gatorlillys is a resale boutique, every piece has its own little story, including how much we paid for it. Sometimes we pay a bit more, sometimes a bit less, depending on how it came to us. So even if two pieces share the same print or style, the price may vary slightly. Think of it as part of the charm of shopping resale, every find is one-of-a-kind!
Is there a return policy?
No, all sales are final. Because every piece is unique and often pre-loved, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review all details carefully before confirming your purchase.
